Lawrence Dowuona-Hammond is an accomplished management professional with
over sixteen (16) years of extensive experience in leadership, business operations, team management, and organizational development.

As General Manager, he is recognized for his unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in dynamic and challenging work environments. His professional approach is characterized by strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a determination to achieve organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of performance.

Throughout his career, Lawrence has built a reputation as a confident, assertive, and highly organized leader who excels at managing complex operations and prioritizing workloads to meet demanding deadlines. His ability to coordinate resources effectively, streamline processes, and implement practical solutions has contributed significantly to improving operational efficiency and enhancing overall organizational performance.

Isaac Osei is a highly motivated Development Manager and computer science professional with a strong passion for advancing technology through research, innovation, and practical application. With a growing focus on Ph.D.-level research, he specializes in the emerging fields of Federated Learning and Neuroinformatics, exploring innovative approaches to secure, distributed machine learning and the analysis of complex neuroimaging data.

Hannah Esi Dadzie is a seasoned finance and banking professional with over nineteen (19) years of progressive experience spanning SME Banking, Retail Banking, Banking Operations, Credit Analysis and Management, Loan Recovery, Sales Strategy Development and Implementation, Client Recruitment, and Relationship Management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional financial services, fostering client growth, and supporting organizational success through effective financial management and strategic decision-making.

As an Accountant, Hannah brings a wealth of expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, portfolio management, and operational efficiency. Her extensive background in banking has equipped her with a deep understanding of financial systems, customer relationship management, and business development, enabling her to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining sound financial controls and compliance standards.
