Though, incorporated in Ghana in 2021, Fineness Elevation Limited Company’s core operational human resource has over five (5) years of experience in civil construction, building technology, architecture, environmental engineering, assessment impact analysis and environmental management. The business relies on its extensive network of contacts in the local and global business community, the collective knowledge and abilities of its team, and its in-depth understanding of the industry landscape. These are constructed against a solid financial foundation and innovation, giving the organization a certain level of stability that enables it to offer the greatest services currently offered in the construction sector.
We have the capacity to mobilize manpower and equipment for all kinds of civil works of any magnitude.
Our skilled staff is made up of more than twenty permanent employees, including project managers, construction engineers, architectural engineers, administrative personnel, geologists, environmental scientists, HSSE officers, surveyors, technicians, operators, and mechanics. Our project implementation team, which consists of a well-balanced and complementary skill mix of qualified and experienced experts, manages and coordinates all projects.

Mr. Bright Williams
Mr. Bright Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Fineness Elevation Company Limited. Mr. Williams is a visionary with exceptional drive who refuses to view any obstacle as insurmountable and is dedicated to doing his share to help Ghana’s socioeconomic progress.
He has been a voice to reckon with in civil engineering and construction in Ghana. As the CEO of Fineness Elevation Limited Company, he is determined to use his wealth of experience to take the company to a great height.
He is the heart and engine of the company bringing onboard, expertise from project development activities together with landscape expertise.
His ambition and objective are to see organised and transformation of the Ghanaian Civil Construction front.
Mr. Director
A target driven, self-motivated, and an MBA graduate from University of Sunderland. Critical thinker with robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen. Strong leadership developed through supervising and training in Investment and Retail Banking environment.
Excellent communication with demonstrated talent to work well in teams. I aim to develop a strong career in finance / banking and grow into a top financial manager and consultant, in order to further shape ability to deliver value to any organization.
His professional work includes Investment Manager at Grofin Ghana Limited.
